Sizes available: 2 quart
Basics: Zones 4-8, 12-15" x 12" (will send out runners), shade to part shade, wands of tiny, starry, pale pink blooms held above deeply lobed and nicely patterned foliage in late spring, prefers a moist, cool, woodland soil and will go summer dormant if it is too dry.
Common names: Foamflower
Family: Saxifragaceae
Origin/Distribution: This hybrid was introduced by Primrose Path Nursery via Charles Oliver. It is a cross between eastern and western Tiarella species. It is one of the oldest Tiarella hybrids and has gone on to parent many more cultivars.
Habitat: Moist woodland
More: This is a beautiful plant in a shady border or along a path. It also does well in a container planted for shade. It will make a lovely, long-lasting ground cover with enough moisture. But even in less than ideal conditions, 'Elizabeth Oliver' will maintain as a healthy clump once established.
