Sizes available: #1 (Trade gallon)
Basics: zones 4-7, 20-24" x 12", full sun to partisan/light shade, apricot to orange bloom late spring well into summer, consistently moist soil with good nutrition to support the long bloom time, doesn't care for a really hot, afternoon sun position or clay soils. Does not like winter wet.
Common names: Avens cultivar
Family: Rosaceae
Origin/Distribution: Geum x 'Totally Tangerine' is a sterile hybrid developed from crossing Geum rivale (female parent) with Geum chiloense 'Mrs. Bradshaw' (male parent). The cross was made by Timothy Crowther in the UK.
Habitat: Both of its parents seem to like it a bit wetter than their progeny. Give this plant consistent moisture, but make sure it's well-drained.
More: This is a sterile cultivar and since it does not set seed, it has a very long bloom time. Keep the flowers cut for continued bloom. It is lovely for floral arrangements.
Nursery: Van Berkum
