Geranium x 'Rozanne' - Cranesbill cultivar

Sizes available: Trade gallon (#1)

Basics: zones 4-8, 18" x 24-36", sun to light shade, violet blue flower with a long bloom time starting in early summer, enjoys medium moisture and fertility, but is pretty adaptable.

Common names: Cranesbill, Perennial Geranium

Family: Geriniaceae

Origins/Distribution: sterile, patented hybrid

Habitat: full sun with consistent moisture, more drought tolerant in shadier spots

More: Geranium 'Rozanne' is a ground-covery garden stalwart. Because it does not set seed it's beautiful blue flowers bloom on and on (was still blooming in my garden in November, 2025). An occasional feed of seaweed emulsion helps support its floriferous habit. The stems weave throughout nearby companions in a friendly way. This one is for the joy of the gardener, who is also a creature in need of sustenance, including the sustenance of flowers. Can grow well on a woodland edge, but not in lots of shade. Deer resistant.
