Basics: zones 4-8, 6-15" x 12", part shade, stems of loosely clustered small white flowers (sometimes pale pink) in early spring, likes moist, slightly acidic woodland soil with good drainage.

Origin/Distribution: Native to Maine
Habitat: moist, rich deciduous woods and woodland edge habitats
