Sizes available: #1 (Trade gallon)
Basics: zones 4-8, 18-24" x 30-36", full sun topiary shade, sky blue flowers bloom at the tops of very dark stems of dark green leaves with a white mid rib in late spring. Does not like to be transplanted, prefers a medium moist well-drained soil, but adaptable to drier conditions once established.
More: A complete entry coming soon, but meanwhile, here is one observation: I also offer Amsonia tabernaemontana var. salicifolia and I love them both and they are both quite different. This cultivar has a more formal look and is more compact, with an elegant air. Good cut for both flower and foliage, deer resistant.
