Habitat: Occurs in over-grazed and otherwise disturbed sites and dry to medium moisture thickets and clearings
More: Has a six week bloom time and provides much appreciated late season nectar. This Aster is considered weedy by some, which indicates to me that it is an excellent problem-solver if sited correctly. Lovely cut flower for fall meadow-type wildflower arrangements. More information coming soon.
