Basics: zones 3-8, 6-10" x 6-10", deciduous shade (more light in the spring prior to trees leafing out), short-lived but very pretty white flower with a yellow center, blooms in early spring, wet to moist to medium water needs. To thrive this needs a nutritious woodland soil, not just shade.
